Going to large group
Large Group takes place in the theater and includes worship, a video, and a brief teaching that aligns with the Bible lesson for the week. It’s the kids’ version of what adults experience in the Sanctuary.
After Large Group, all kids return to their small group rooms for continued learning and a fun, hands-on activity that reinforces the lesson.
Moving to large group
Be ready to head to Large Group at 6:05 PM. Always bring your clipboard and wristbands.
Closely supervise your kids during transitions, keeping the group together and within sight at all times. This is critical for safety. Move efficiently so everyone arrives on time, and never check in children while transitioning to the theater.
If another group is walking ahead or nearby, pause and allow them to move on to prevent groups from mixing. Once you arrive in the theater, complete a headcount to confirm all kids in your small group are present.
